For me, hair has always been more than beauty - it's transformation, artistry, and human connection.
As a lead color facilitator, both domestically and internationally, I've had the privilege of working with top-ranked salons and Fortune 500 beauty companies around the world. I trained stylists, refined techniques, and helped shape standards of modern hair artistry. Yet, even at that global level, something felt missing. I wanted to create a space where clients felt truly special - where luxury meant personalized attention, intention, and care.
That vision came to life with the opening of Hair by Arensman, my exclusive boutique salon in Plano, Texas. Here, every visit is more than an appointment - it's a fully curated experience, where artistry and connection meet to create transformative results.
Before opening my salon in 2014, I served as the Test Salon Coordinator for Sally Beauty Holdings LLC, the largest beauty company in the world. That role deepened my understanding of innovation, product development, and the business of beauty, while also giving me invaluable experience in guiding and mentoring stylists at the highest level.
My career has taken me from editorial shoots and film sets to New York Fashion Week and international runways, collaborating with designers and creative teams worldwide. Along the way, I've had the honor of styling extraordinary clients including Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Beyoncé, Britney Spears, John Travolta, Yoko Ono, Hillary Clinton, Robert De Niro, Sandra Bullock, and Meryl Streep.
Beyond the chair, I've contributed to major professional beauty brands - developing and naming products, creating packaging and advertising copy, and designing educational programs for stylists, salon owners, and educators worldwide.
This journey ultimately led me to launch my professional private haircare collection, Hair by Orangement, blending high-performance formulas with indulgent care for a truly luxurious experience at home.
Through my salon and my products, my mission remains constant: to celebrate individuality, elevate the salon experience, and create confidence that comes from looking - and feeling - your absolute best. Because for me, true luxury is never just about status; it's about artistry, care, and the confidence that comes from feeling authentically you.
