Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that life happens! However, out of respect for our clients and stylists’ time.

• Booking Requirements: A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice: We respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for ant change to your scheduled appointment.

• Same-Day Changes: Rescheduling or downgrading a service on the same day may incur a fee of up to the full cost of service. Please notify us in advance if you need to remove a service so we can adjust timing.

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without an notification (no-show/no-call) will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service.

Service Adjustments & Refunds

 

We understand that life happens! However, out of respect for our clients and stylists’ time:

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3-days of your original appointment date, and we will happily make an adjustment.

• What is NOT Covered:

  • We do not offer cash refunds for any hair service.​

  • Changes in style or color that were not agreed upon during the initial consultation are not considered an adjustment.

  • If you have had another service performed at a different salon after vising us, our adjustments policy becomes null and void.​

We understand that life happens! However, out of respect for our clients and stylists’ time:

• Our Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of all our retail products. If you are not happy with a product, you may exchange it for another within 7-days of the purchase date.
